Cliff Ruggles

Cliff is a retired Department of Defense Certified Interrogator and Debriefer with 30+ years of interrogation experience. DOD trained in Arabic and German. Performed as interpreter and interpreter supervisor during joint operations between US & UAE Forces, the US & Jordanian Forces, US & Egyptian Forces, and US & German Forces. Over 19 years of experience as project manager for multiple projects.  Managed personnel, funding and operations. Established professional program manager and instructor, MBTI instructor certified. Completed Harvard Executive Program on Negotiations Basic and Advanced programs.
